Bank of America - Breakthrough Technology Dialogue
Working closely with multiple agency stakeholders as well as directly with the client Europe marketing team we developed a plan to maximise the impact of the Breakthrough Technology Dialogue, a high-level day of discussion around how technology will shape the future.
We developed an as-live, adaptive approach. I watched the sessions live and relayed interview questions to the film team on site as interviewees agreed to take part in filming. Additionally the topics for the mixed media scrollytells were proposed to the client after the conference, in order to reflect the most engaging topics discussed - what were the questions that the group were most fired up about. This model involved then turning around the scrollytells very quickly, but it brought a real connection between the content and the conference.
Exacting branding standards, great communication with the client and innovation in how our team work, meant this project really delivered.
